Eye exams are a necessary part of life.  Everyone needs to preferably have eye exams annually, not just to help correct any vision problems that arise but to make sure that you don’t have any diseases, such as macular degeneration.

The most important eye exams should be given to children, though!  In fact, early detection and treatment of eye problems can be the key to your child’s success in learning and in life.  Also, the longer a vision problem goes untreated, the more a child’s brain won’t be able to learn and develop normally; they will need to focus on bypassing any vision problems.

• Has problems reading.

School should be the most important thing in a child’s life.  That way, they can learn all the basics: Reading, Writing and Arithmetic.  You may be thinking, though, that what if they’re made fun of in school if they’re wearing glasses.  No parent desires their child to be hurt!
